ABOUT US

Saint Mary’s in the Mountains Episcopal Church is a Christian community. We welcome all spiritual seekers. We minister to all through acts of faith, kindness and acceptance, which are the messages of God’s love.

OUR VISION

We are an energetic and engaged Parish in Wilmington, Vermont.  We seek to learn and follow God's wisdom, as revealed by his Son, Jesus Christ, both in our own lives and in our communities.

We do so in our Worship, in our Outreach, in our caring, in our music, in our fellowship, and in our lives.

OUR LEADERSHIP

We believe that all of us are Ministers of Christ.  Thus, our lay leadership, in consultation with our Interim Priest and our congregation, decides the direction of our Church, and participates in the ministry, both within the services and outside.  Services are often led by our lay ministers, and their sermons offer multiple perspectives about our faith.
